Så var det gjort!
Idag den 24 Januari drog jag tillbaka, avstod jag från, skiter jag i mm. att ansöka om ´protection order´ dvs polisskydd mot eventuell attack från min ´sjuka´svägerska! Efter 3 månader av idogt försök att få rätten att skydda mig för en längre period och inte ett par dagar i taget gav jag upp. Vill hon skada mig kan hon ju göra det iallafall. Förhoppningen min är dock att genom att avsluta den här långdragna, märkliga processen och hänvisa till min vilja att ´göra en god gärning´ och hjälpa till med hennes (förhoppningsvisa) kurering kanske vi alla kan återgå till ett mera normalt leverne. Dock kommer jag att vara på min vakt!!

Jag propsade även på att Domaren skulle godta min skrivelse (med tillägg) och inkludera i den digra gröna mappen med mitt ärende. Kan ju vara bra att ha för eventuellt framtida bruk. Sen får vi se vad som händer. Just nu är det i allafall skönt att tänka på att jag inte behöver infinna mig i den där deprimerande väntsalen var och varannan vecka.

Your Honor!

Earlier I wrote a Statement for the court which I would like to be added to my file and hopefully it as well as this addition will be received as documentation.
But, things have changed after what happened the last time we were called to this court, the 11th of January, 2008, the 7th time the hearing was postponed and the partial protection order prolonged.
After realizing that my sister in law was back in the Hospital and that her health was deteriorating, my husband contacted his niece. We made an agreement with her because we understand the importance and the need for all of us to help AM to have progress with the ongoing treatment and recovery . After all she is family and it is painful to everybody to see her in her decaying condition. One way to help is to withdraw my petition.
Therefore I am willing to put an end to it here and now. And I hope that she will leave us in peace and give us all a better chance to go on with our lives.
